Each boat will be managed by PBHG and a management fee will be incurred. Services are

Head Office :
The head office will be based in Sydney. From head office Reservations will operate Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm. All bookings will be entered into a online booking system. This process will assist with the overall revenue management or each property which will remain private and confidential unto each owner.
The office will be the point of calls for owners/investors as well and a base and training area for staff when required, it can also be a central point of call for post, deliveries and storage where required. The office can function like a “Concierge” type operation as well for owners.
The contract for each boat will be for a minimum of 2 years.
The directors Nicholas and Amy, has a proven track record of excellence in project, pre opening, recruiting, operational management and sales.
Amy compliments Nicholas with her experience and strength in administration including reservations contract and correspondence, hospitality communication as well as revenue and financial management. Amy has also built fundamental relationships with travel agents, industry bodies and groups, local and interstate regular guests and corporate clients to which all boats will benefit greatly.
